The Trauma-Conscious Mama - Singapore Circle
A transformational workshop for mothers who are committed to intergenerational healing.
This workshop has been created from the soul-led work and seasoned professional experience of Trauma therapist, Natalia Rachel, and she has since passed the baton for this sacred and healing work to Chapter Zero's very own guides and facilitors, Sophia Klopp and Joline Lim.
In this special two-part experience, we come together as mothers in Singapore, with the intention of understanding our own trauma wounding, and gently beginning the journey of containment and transformation—so that we do not unconsciously pass these patterns on to our children.
This is an invitation to slow down, to listen inward, and to meet yourself with a new kind of compassion.
